Shipping policy

QVD does its best to expedite the shipments of orders in a timely manner. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours once payment has been made. All orders will be shipped via ground shipping unless otherwise noted. Requests for express or overnight shipping can be arranged but may result in additional charges.  

Please note that once an order has been shipped, any delays or issues with the shipping are the sole responsibility of the shipper (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
